These books are playful verse texts draped across fantastic illustrations by Guy Parker-Rees. The themes are those of play, party and celebration and 'Spookyrumpus' won multiple awards. 'Down by the cool of the pool' and 'Bumpus, jumpus, dinosuar rumpus' were selected by Bookstart to be included in free packs for new mothers. Both have become well known, much loved and used in schools, libraries and as bedtime reads for young children.
